At HoriznMoto, each product is custom‑made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and support responsible production.
Because your item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer error. Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement:
- Contact us at support@horiznmoto.co within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue and packaging
Once approved, a replacement will be processed. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is not available.
Non‑Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delays caused by carriers or external factors outside our control

We want you to be happy with your HoriznMoto gear. If you have concerns about your order, contact us — our team will review your request and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Do Not Return Items to the Manufacturer
Because orders are fulfilled on demand through our production partners, please do not send items back to the printing facility or return address on the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
