Order Processing & Production
All items are made to order. After checkout, your order is sent to our production partner for fulfillment.
Production Time: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Once produced, your order enters the carrier network and tracking will update when the first scan is completed.

*Transit time begins after production is completed and your package has been handed to the carrier. Delays may occur during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to customs clearance.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and current carrier prices.
Free Standard Shipping:
– U.S. (Contiguous 48 States): Orders over $100 USD
– Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
You can track your order by:
- Logging into your account (if created)
- Using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Contacting support if tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages if items are produced at different facilities. You’ll receive a separate shipping notification and tracking number for each package.
Holidays, Peak Periods & Delays
Production and delivery times may be longer during:
- Major holidays
- Black Friday / Cyber Week
- Seasonal sales
- Carrier disruptions
For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend ordering 3–4 weeks in advance.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before checkout. Once production begins, we are unable to modify shipping addresses.
If an incorrect address results in a return, reshipment fees will apply.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears lost, email hello@horiznmoto.co within 30 days of the shipment date.
Please include:
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Tracking number
- Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
We’ll resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
United States
No additional customs or import duties are charged on U.S. orders. Applicable state taxes are calculated at checkout.
Canada & Australia
International orders may incur customs, duties, or import taxes depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Customs processing may also extend delivery timelines.
